Ltd - was established in 1999 to protect the rights of Mol Smith (Maurice Smith) and all contributors to his idea
of collaborative 'not-for-profit' alone ventures. This includes publications of magazine, books, ezines, art, science
publications. All contributions by people with copyright to their creations, and collaborating in ventures initiated
by Onview.net Ltd, are not passing any licence or copyright either
to Onview.net Ltd or Maurice Smith (Mol), and retain all rights to their material. All content published on this
site is declared as the responsibility of the 'posting' party to abide by all legal Internationally-agreed copyright
and obscenity laws. Where International law fails to encompass European and USA laws with non-European/non-USA
laws, the defining legal status of this site is to abide by USA/European law first, and in the absence of European/USA
legal consensus, European Law, and where such differences arise between European EEC law and the UK law, the defining
legal status of this site is to abide by the UK law and Judical system. Maurice Smith, pen-name - Mol, or Mol Smith - is acting here as an agent of his own company

hate them, but we do need some. These are mine for now.

Main Rule
This site is about 3D content and art. For the start-up, it's mainly about Poser and Daz Studio related stuff and
anything post-work related to the output of these programs. No posting is allowed here regarding anything not related
to this. No spams, rubbish, and attempts to post idiotic content will be tolerated. If you register and receive
permission to post, and you post something stupid, you won't ever be doing it again here!
Other Rules
All people posting images, links, and articles must obey the same rules as for vendors below!
No f-words c-words or swearing in any articles will be tolerated.
Use sensible wording. No libellous articles or comments will be tolerated. if something stinks - say it so it doesn't
libel our site. This is the way to do it. Say, you think 'such-a-such' product or company or whatever is rubbish
or fraudelant, instead of saying "Joe Bloggs is a fraud", say "Can it be that Joe Bloggs is a fraud?"
{Asking questions, and not making declarations or statements, is the best way to avoid libel problems}.
If you post something
false or libellous - you take the wrap. I or another moderator may not be able to get rid of it quick enough, and
we may miss the libellous content when granting publication permissions.
Be positive. Post what you think is good or great.

Vendors
If your content is not
adult-controversial, just register, get permissions, and write up your promtional pages and link to your work.
Images are great and draw attention so please upload examples of your product in jpg format.
Please do not post nude images in any area but under the 18+ category and sub-categories.
Please do not post any images which show sexual activity either to self, between others, touching breasts or gentilalia
in any way. Links to content containing such content is okay,
but the originating images must be toned down and warnings must be given to visitors advising them what will happen
when they click your links!
No links are allowed to anything related to sexual content or overt-'iffy'-nudity involving children.
3D content of figures and models - depicting nude babies and children, done in good faith, and not focused on genitalia
display (figures made for biological, educational, medical use, and for the 'right' reasons) are okay. There is
a fine line here. Be warned!
